1973 Monte Carlo

Intact 1973 Monte Carlo. It has running rebuilt SBC 350, 4bbl with a 350-turbo trans. It runs really good and it does drive (it's been a lot of years since it has been out of my yard) but the biggest problem is it has NO title. It came from Washington state so it has a rusted-out floor pan behind the driver's seat (I think you could use a patch panel for a Chevelle). I did try to find a title for it but when I looked on the internet it said the VIN # was too short??  All the glass is in good shape, and it still does have the full interior. I have kept anti-freeze in it since I bought it 17 years ago. Paint-wise it is still the factory light blue color; at some point somebody replaced the driver's door, but it was never painted the car color. I am a car guy and I do not want this car to go to somebody that would just scrap it as this car was Motor Trends car of the year in 1973! The only thing is it needs is a battery and it's missing the plastic parts behind the front bumper on both sides.
