If you are not a member but would like to participate, please first register to become a member by clicking on the "New Member Signup" tab on the main menu of this website, or by clicking the link below. New Member Signup

DEADLINE FOR CURRENT MCCCNA MEMBERS TO REGISTER IS JUNE 1ST, 2025

We will only accept NEW member event registrations after the June 1st deadline for those new members that signed up for MCCCNA membership AFTER June 1st. These new members will be placed in a non-judged class for this year's event only due to all judged-class preparations having already been made prior to June 1st.

STARTING YOUR REGISTRATION

If you registered online last year for our 2024 event, you would see that our website provider formatted where you get started to register a little differently this year.

This year, the FIRST step that you will need to do is to scroll all the way down to the bottom of this screen until you see "Number of People Who Will Attend." Here, you will need to click on the + signs to add yourself and the number of people that will be in your party (in the example photo below, I clicked on the Member + sign once to add myself). Once you do this, you will be able to then click on the "Register Now" button.

* Please remember to first login to your account before starting your registration, or else the only registration option you will be given will be to sign up as a vendor.

REGISTRATION FEES

Event Registration & 1 Monte - $35.00
Event Registration & 2 Montes - $65.00
Event Registration & 3 Montes - $90.00

CLASSES

Please select the class from the chart below that you will be entering your Monte in for this event. Please note that you cannot make any changes to the class that you choose after June 1st. MCCCNA reserves the right to re-classify any Monte not classified properly at the time of registration.

MODIFIED CLASS, GOLD CLASS & WORK IN PROGRESS CLASS EXPLAINED

For registrants that are considering entering their Monte(s)

either in the Modified, Gold, or Work in Progress classes, we have provided a better description of these classes below to help registrants determine if these are the right classes for them:

MODIFIED CLASS

This class is reserved for those who have extensively modified their Monte. Modifications will be divided into two criteria:

"CRITERIA A"

Must have a minimum of THREE of the following criteria:

- Complete repaint to a custom color with graphics (flames, wraps, air-brush designs, etc.)
- Complete interior swap, complete interior color change or custom-built features (console, dash, etc.)
- Aftermarket wheels or drag slicks
- SBC to a BBC engine upgrade
- Tunnel ram or non-factory turbocharger/supercharger
- Exterior changes such as shaved bumpers, adding a non-factory offered spoiler, etc.
- Multiple chrome parts/components in engine bay that require a professional install (not items like caps, valve cover boxes, air cleaners, smaller accent items) or multiple chrome panels
- Interior of trunk fully customized to accept built-in stereo equipment
- Nitrous

"CRITERIA B"

Only needs to meet ONE of the following criteria:

- Extensive bodywork that reshapes the contours of the original design, or 4th Gen SC/LS to SS conversion ("SS Clone")
- Custom, non-stock engine swaps, such as an LS swap, diesel conversion, etc.
- Roll cage
- Customized chassis
- Hydraulics
- Non-street legal

All other Montes with subtle changes (or fewer than 3 of the changes in Criteria A and no changes in Criteria B) should register their Monte in their respective class or Park & Party. If you are unsure of the criteria, please contact us info@montecarlocarclub.com and provide us with pictures and additional details and we can offer guidance. We reserve the right to reclassify your Monte at the event should our staff unanimously agree that your car does not meet his criteria.

GOLD CLASS

Gold class is for those who wish to compete at the "Next Level". We strongly encourage (but not require) those who have won an award in prior years in their judged class to "step up" to this class. This class WILL include judging of your undercarriage and a higher level of overall scrutiny. This class is open to driven and trailered. We do NOT give any preference to trailered cars in any of your judged classes. We merely ask this information for parking considerations.

This class is open to all years and trim level Monte Carlo, original or modified.  *Note, you will not be required to be entered into the Gold Class to receive the Best of Show award. This award and other special awards are open to any Monte on the show field. You will be presented with a unique award for this class and a dash medallion to display on your grill should you place in this class.

WORK IN PROGRESS CLASS

Every car has a STORY! And we want to hear yours and all it has taken you to get it to the Nationals. This class is the perfect class for those who are still restoring or working on their Monte, and do not feel comfortable/ready yet to enter a regular judged class. Unlike the Park 'n' Party class, which is NOT judged and for those who prefer not to compete, the Work in Progress class IS informally evaluated with special awards given but not using a points system as the regular judged classes. Judging for this class consists of registrants filling out and turning in a short form (included in their registration packet at the event) detailing their Monte's story and what improvements have been made. MCCCNA staff, instead of judges, will view the Montes in this class and choose award winners based on both the improvements made as stated on the form, combined with their visual evaluation of the Monte.

Or, if you would like to make a donation in a different amount, give anonymously, or make a donation in someone's honor, please visit our Donations/Sponsorship page in this website which allows you these options. 100% of the donations will be put towards the costs of this event.

EVENT REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS

We realize that unforeseen circumstances may arise between the time of registration and the date of the event. If you are unable to make it to the show, please let us know as soon as possible, as a lot of planning is involved to make the Nationals possible each year. We can be reached via email at: info@montecarlocarclub.com and by phone at (866) 753-4489.

Please note registration fees for cancellations made after June 1st, 2025, will be non-refundable.

RULES & REGULATIONS

*** Please read through the following rules and regulations, as there will be a registration question pertaining to them when you register.

- Pre-Registration is required.

- Even though you will be pre-registered, registration is also required at the show and will be held on two different days to help accommodate attendees. At this registration, you will receive your member packets, pre-ordered t-shirts, etc.

- Vehicle MUST be insured (also Ohio State Law).

- You must bring a fire extinguisher to be on the show field, visible and ready to use in case of an emergency. Automotive rated extinguishers are fairly inexpensive on Amazon and are a good idea to keep mounted in your garage after the show. They are usually laid in front of one of the front tires on the show field.

- Tents, canopies and umbrellas are not allowed on the show field and this will be enforced by MCCCNA management. Unfortunately, they pose a considerable risk to other members' cars should they become unsecured.

- Please make sure any show posters, etc. are securely displayed and removed promptly at the first sign that wind may be picking up.

- You MUST be registered as a host hotel guest in order to park both open and enclosed trailers on their premises. Trailers must be parked in the designated trailer parking area. Trailers are also not permitted on the show field for safety reasons, and Montes must be unloaded in the trailer parking area.

- Montes are not allowed to leave the show field on Saturday until 5:00 pm for the safety of other members and spectators. Doing so will result in forfeiture of all awards.

- To sell items, you must purchase a vendor space. This is so that it is both fair to the vendors that will be purchasing vendor spaces, and also because we cannot have parts and selling of parts on the show field. However, if you have presold small parts prior to the show and a member asks if you can just deliver the parts to him/her at the show instead of shipping them, that is OK. (The parts would need to fit inside a closed trunk and can be easily removed before judging without them being in the way on the show field).

Thank you for taking the time to read this through! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us and ask. We look forward to seeing you at the 2025 Nationals!
